
A Alexander Catering and Event Planning is a new concept
in Catering and Party Planning.
Owner Felix Alexandrescu is not new to the catering scene in South Florida.
For the past 8 years, he catered for prestigious clients from the Palm Beaches
to Miami Beach.
His European background and his family’s roots gave him the inspiration
for great food and lavish cuisine.
He came to New York and studied accounting but obviously numbers where not
his true passion. He soon became part of one of the most elite caterers in
Brooklyn.
On Long Island, he also familiarized himself with the tasteful but demanding
catering needs of the “Gold Coast” customers, pleasing all clients
in running their elaborate events.
