Felix, Just wanted to write you a little note to tell you how wonderful "Bedtime Boogie" was last Friday. Our guests gave me great feed-back about the food and the wait staff was very friendly and courteous. You've been very generous and in return the children in need in Palm Beach County will benefit. I just wanted to send you a little note to say thank you so much to you and your fantastic team for helping us yesterday to make the farewell to my mother such a seamless event. Everyone commented on how fabulous and professional they thought the food and service was, I couldn't have agreed more. Many business cards were requested, so I hope you manage to get some further work off the back of our event. Anyway, please pass on our thanks again to all of your staff who helped on the day. You should be very proud knowing these people represent your company, they did a sterling job.

Felix Felix Felix!!! You will forever stand out and ABSOLUTELY SPECTACULAR!!!! I have had people call me for your contact information and rave on and on about the spectacular food and the presentation. I cannot thank you enough for providing us with your services and making our event memorable! As an aside, my absolute favorite was the pasta with the fresh vodka sauce!!! OMG, it was delicious! I had 2 servings!!

A Alexander Catering and Event Planning is a new concept in Catering and Party Planning.
Owner Felix Alexander is not new to the catering scene in South Florida.
For the past 8 years, he catered for prestigious clients from the Palm Beaches to Miami Beach.
His European background and his family’s roots gave him the inspiration for great food and lavish cuisine.
He came to New York and studied accounting but obviously numbers where not his true passion. He soon became part of one of the most elite caterers in Brooklyn.
On Long Island, he also familiarized himself with the tasteful but demanding catering needs of the “Gold Coast” customers, pleasing all clients in running their elaborate events.
Having extensive experience in this field, Felix will run his new establishment with a contemporary flair but using his vast knowledge to please all tastes and budgets.
